Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in brand new condition with tag attached. Sale items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you receive damaged or defective items, you may be eligible for return. If your package is lost in transit and the delivery time exceeds 45 days, you may be eligible for return.

  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions for returning the item(s).
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item(s) back to us.
  • Upon receiving the return package, we will inspect the item(s) as per above qualification.
  • If the return item(s) are confirmed, we will issue exchange or refund as per your preference.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 days to process depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Restriction
